A Nightcity Story I see a lot of negative criticism of this video. When this video was released was a fairly amazing work. It was one of the first Noir vids on this site. It did a number of technical things that weren't common or easy at the time. A good portion of videos at the time were merely stick figure videos, or videos involving video game sprites. This one was really different.
Some people might think it's really short, but there used to be more technical limitations. Loading time used to be a consideration. Most people had dial-up internet and used netscape at the time. I remember when I first saw it 16 years ago, it blew me away.
